Ultrahigh steel track system are used when the partition height or weight limit exceed that recommended for the normal aluminum system. Maximum height can reach to 17meter with panel weight up to 1300Kg. Each carrier has four steel wheels with precision ground radial bearings. Bearings are inserted into a steel tire. The steel tire trim fully captures the bearings. Carriers can be programmed for self-directing and sorting. The track is of formed black painted high strength steel. The track trim cover is clear anodized aluminum. All junction track are factory assembled and welded. Minimum dimension from the ceiling to the structure is 350mm.
