2. Measurement and positioning
According to the construction plan, put out the position control line of the movable partition on the indoor ground, and lead the partition wall position line to the side wall and the top plate. The installation position line of the fixed parts should be popped out when the line is played. The installation height of the track must be discussed with the construction team that installs the ceiling, otherwise it will cause a lot of trouble.
3, steel structure and track fixings installation
The steel structure is the load-bearing structure connecting the roof and the track, and the steel structure involves the safety of the whole movable partition system, so it must not be taken lightly. According to the construction drawings in the roof to play pulling explosive screws, and then the angle iron welding fixed. Select the track fixings according to the design requirements. Before installing the track, we should consider the wall, ground and ceiling closing practices and facilitate the installation of the movable partition wall, and determine the load borne by the track and the specifications of the pre-buried parts and the fixing method by calculating the weight of the movable partition wall. The pre-buried parts of the track should be installed firmly, and the track should be fixed firmly with the main structure, and all the metal parts should be treated with anti-rust treatment.
4, installation track
(1), suspended track: the suspension-oriented fixing method is to install the pulley on the top surface of the partition fan and connect it with the upper suspended track. Track, pulley should be selected according to the size of the load-bearing weight. Light movable partition wall, track with wood screws or screwing screws fixed in the wooden frame or steel frame along the top. Heavy-duty movable partition wall, the track is fixed to the steel skeleton with butt screws or welding.
(2), supporting track: supporting oriented fixed way is the pulley in the lower part of the partition, and the ground track constitute the lower support point. The track is fixed with expansion bolts or with track pre-built parts, and the guide rail is installed on the wooden frame along the top.
(3), the installation of the track should be installed in advance according to the specific circumstances of the track, the pulley or track reserved opening (generally in the 1/2 partition against the wall)
5, installation of movable panels
According to the installation mode, accurately draw the pulley placement line on each panel, and then fix the fixed frame of the pulley with screws on the upper stile or lower stile of the partition. Then put the panel into the track piece by piece, adjust each panel perpendicular to the ground, and push and pull the flexible rotation, and finally the fan connection fixed. Usually, adjacent panels are connected with hinges.
6、Finish
According to the design requirements for finishing. Generally use soft package, framed cold solid wood panels, paste veneer panels, glass, etc.. Finishing is done before painting or finishing. Finishing decoration construction according to the corresponding requirements.
7, debugging
After the installation of movable panels, the panel height, sealing and other details of debugging, after debugging to clean up the site, to complete the installation work.
