Egood Ultrahigh heavy duty Steel track system are used when the partition height or weights limit exceed that recommended for the normal aluminum system.
Maximum height can reach to 17meters with panel weight up to 1300kg.
Each carrier has four steel wheels with precision ground radial bearing, bearings are inserted into a steel tire.
The steel tire rim fully captures the bearings.
Carriers cam be programmed for self-direction and sorting.
The track is of formed black painted high strength steel.
The track trim cover is clear anodized aluminum.
All junction tracks are factory assemble and welded.
Minimum dimension from the ceiling to the structure is 350mm.
High Partition Walls is designed for partition wall as high as 7 m to 17m with max soundproof rate 53 dB. Pulley bearing more than 1300 KGS, used in large area, such as banquet hall, multi-function hall, exhibition center, gym and conference hall. Ultra-high type partition wall is top hung system, hanging stainless wheel sliding in the track smoothly and stability without vibration, the 17 meters high partition can easily moved even being pushed at waist-high. With build-in oriental device, the panel can make a turn automatically as sliding in the straight rail.
